All client projects are executed under a mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW), Project Proposal, or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

The SOW will explicitly define project milestones, technical deliverables, delivery timelines, quality assurance criteria, and client review windows. Any modifications or scope expansions requested after contract finalization will be managed through documented Change Requests (CRs).

Payment terms, deposit schedules, and milestone releases are specified in the individual contract or invoice issued by K.N.Erve Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• Invoices are due within the payment window specified on the invoice (typically 15 to 30 days).
• All statutory taxes (such as VAT or applicable TDS in Nepal, or international wire transaction charges) will be handled as stipulated in the agreement.
• Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, payments made for completed milestones and engineering sprints are non-refundable.

We uphold strict respect for intellectual property rights:

• Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full settlement for all agreed milestones, full ownership rights to bespoke custom software, deliverables, and designs created for the client are assigned or licensed in accordance with the project contract.
• Pre-Existing Company IP: K.N.Erve Technologies Pvt. Ltd. retains all right, title, and interest in its pre-existing proprietary tools, modular starter frameworks, internal libraries, algorithms, and educational materials.
• Website Content: All logos, branding assets, artwork, UI layouts, and written editorial content on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be copied or repurposed without written authorization.

We treat all client business ideas, proprietary source code, databases, product roadmaps, and commercial records with the strictest confidentiality.
